The Importance of Timed Workouts

If you're competent at push ups, you are strong enough to kind of see through the duration. I would think about programming some timed sets with one minute rest between each. There's all different variables you can tweak to get closer and closer to that unbroken two minutes. The idea there is that you're giving the body less and less time to recover. And that's kind of where I'll leave it from a practical standpoint unless you have anything else.
