Differentiating Myositis From Fatigue
Myositis is predominantly weakness and fatigue. This is not typically a painful diagnosis, or I should say that you're not going to see pain and isolation. If someone has itching of the scalp and a burning pain, you could think about dermatomyositis. And patients may have nuanced at Raynaud's phenomenon. That could be a clue.
