When you use the word human nature, i sense that that means a lot to you. But often it's the obvious and it's the familiar that is the hardest to see. I'm very attractive to the odd but it's almost harder to try to grasp the familiar and the obvious. It's like a splinter in your skinm, you better go after it. Y've got to learn about it. You you have to get that out. And the way you exorcise it is by doing the work and writing it. Now perhaps then you can let go.
Gretchen Rubin (author, The Happiness Project) shares her insight and work on human nature. Her and Greg discuss some of their own creative motivations, understanding different types of personalities, and the importance of relationships and self-knowledge in leading a happier life.
