Commercial Real Estate Resetting for the Next Six Months
Do you think that we need to see some sort of a bottom or the worst is behind us for regional banks in order to have a recovery in commercial real estate? I don't know. So many bad ones make me think. It reminds me when oil just got absolutely slaughtered. People have thread the needle on this trade. The problem is we're going to be talking about commercial real estate resetting for the next six months and it will be front and center.
