What Is the Action That the Guy Is Pumping Water?

This is part of that project of doing the moral psychology. I don't know if I would characterize it in the way that Bro did on the pre-cog as this is just an extension of what she was recommending. She doesn't really believe that you can analyze actions exactly. You have to analyze actions under descriptions. And therefore you have to understand how the various descriptions of an action relate to each other. So my thesis is that she's not trying to do an overall ethics anywhere, but she thinks that you can sort of do these localized ethics or within language games.
