Why Do We Have to Wrestle With God?
Why do we often wrestle with god? There's a question i've been asking god about my life for three years now, and i still don't have an answer. One reason is that if god were to answer every single one of our prayers right away, our relationship with him would devolve into that of a debot card to an egh t m machine. The main point of prayer isn't getting what you want from god, but gets god himself. And in part, i'm a pacifist. I don't even like to talk about this, but it's all over the library of scripture.
