i've gott a lot of that actually, out of meditation too, myself, just observing what's going on in your head and just realizing that is pretty much anon stopped movie playing in your head. And i've found myself, especially em when i think about my more adult responsibilities, like my job, my career and everything, getting really anxious nervous about it.
