The Importance of Direct Private Conversations With Unhoused People

I feel like it's important to have as many direct private conversations with people who are unhoused as possible. We're going to put a tremendous amount of resources into this and this is a great opportunity for how people move up the ladder of opportunity. In Europe and South America you see paid apprenticeships and paid internships for high school kids. I'm really interested in hiring our kids so the city of Denver can't feel about ten percent of its jobs today that's well over a thousand jobs.
