You Just Have to Let Em Be and Fail

As a dislexic kid and the kid with a dh d, you had no choice but to ask for help. I got better grades because of it. So how i built my life when i was younger enabled me to build a team that i trusted to go forward. That enabled me to go even farther. And so now it raises the great question, what mechanisms do we as parents have at our disposal to help our teams learn independence?
