Incentives are part of culture, right? If you've set up the culture where how your value is what you get paid, I think it's a little... It's a little difficult to separate those two things out because the incentives do help make the culture. But for sure, culture is incredibly compelling. Culture is so strong. It creates us what's right, maybe in the asthma that you can't see outside. And especially if somebody has the ability to put a vision forward, like Jeff Scaling did at Enron, Michael as the Thalmes did it there and now,. then you're particularly susceptible.
