Our content is the reflection of ourselves. And the more coherent we become, the more coherent our content becomes. We're moving from tribalism into the ability to gain a shared fabric of shared coherence. It's far more important than being an expense in a pand l in one department's single quarter. Our con lives over time and it does work - but i can't just flip a switch and give you a new org chart or tell you that everything's going to be fine.
