I was attracted by the idea of a simple tool that could in a way, systemize that process. I had effectively built two businesses before where we essentially pivoted from an original idea because of customer feedback. But we never did it in such a systemized way. We have about 100 customers using the product and still completely butched trapped. That's a very common problem, especially as you're scaling. Having a viewpoint where you can collect and then rank and then act on that input is critical.
