The Importance of Blood Flow and Movement in Recovery

When you do extra training because you're only doing it for short rates and high intensity you're working those muscle fibers responsible for that. There's a lot of stabilizing muscles which work quite aerobically as well so you say around the shoulder particularly if you're out like also doing strength training but then you're also doing high rep work throughout the rest of the time. These more aerobic based muscles will help those recovery anyway and blood flow to the area. It's all about blood flow really to make sure that you're recovering well and you're able to support the body and adapt to that higher intensity stimulus later on. Getting the good stuff in and the bad stuff out.
