i've incorporated some speed reading techniques, but not like everything that you're providing in the book. I think the default is probably like a gear too, whic just, letme just con a, plod along. And so if you can learn how to set yourself up somebo in kind of linging capslate everything that i deet, you set yourself up for success. If your doing this for light work, school, learning purposes, not pleasure, ok's pleasure. You can do upside down, inside out cano. You toy slay bag and relax on the ligt bug. Let your down, hold the bog, you know, whenever you neeed.
