Carthage Is Located in Sicily

There's an Italian island called Lampa Dusa which I recognize from Italian news because a lot of refugees land there these days. Carthage is as far north as the parts of Sicily and then way south somewhere there's Tunisian know right their levelYeah it's almost level with latitude only with Syracuse it's like north of Malta slightly that's so weird.
