Using a Balloon to Launch Into Space

Daniel mut: I think it's telephone signals from aliens. We just happen to be in the middle of a couple of na intergalactic alien telephone towers, and that that's what we're listening to. The earth is very loud in the radio these days because there's so many cell phones and radio emitters erbacically everywhere. So launching a balloon into space is a good way to insulate yourself away from of sources of earth bound noise. Well, they're just talking of the phone, exchanging emotionsm and beams ad. You know, we just don't know how to decotet, that's all.
