How Did You Get Comfortable With a QV?
The SBA doesn't like to finance business that are seeing a ton of growth, because there's less predictability there. So once the QV was done, then the bank was a little bit more comfortable. We saw what the trailing 12 months was for 2022. We had a really good understanding of what the year was going to end up at. Once we had that, we were kind of able to go to the bank and structure a deal that actually worked.
