I think that might be related to some of my executive function stuff in terms of part of executive function is reflection and self-awareness. And so it's not like I was self-aware enough to reflect and be like, oh, I'm on a roller coaster. It's just like whatever I was in in the moment was where I was at. Yeah, yeah. Because then we also have our negativity bias, right? That's like focusing on the things that are negative. So I'd love if you could just like dive a little deeper into this for yourself.
