How to Quit Drinking in October
I'm doing I'm doing sober October. No drink no booze in October. How do you prep for that? You're so funny, slow down beforehand or not. Well, I was just gonna stop. But um, can I see your lighter? Yeah. And but like everyone's been concerned for me that like, Oh, I'm gonna die. I'll be your debit. My dad smokes backwards. So I don't know if you guys live in ashtray. That was the answer to that. We use one of your one of the dumbbells here. It doesn't it doesn't get well with it. Like I've had a bad Xanax experience before.
