The US Supreme Court has said that if the plaintiff, in a defamation case, is a public figure, then you don't just have to prove falsity. You actually have to prove that the defendant acted with actual malice. Hans would say I was dragged into it unwillingly. But even going back to Miami when he said the chess speaks for itself,.
