How to Create a Lesson Plan for Your Child

When your children were little, you would go on play dates. These types of groups are organized play dates for kids and teenagers. We encourage the groups to focus on one lesson a week. When I do it in my clinic, we always have a snack or a meal. And during that time, I'll have the kids and their parents paired up in small groups of maybe two kids and two parents.
