The One v One Rule Suck Is Really Good for Athletes

We'll usually run it for 30 to 40 minutes of those agility type games continue basically until they're disinterested in the one v one then we'll add a rule. A lot of times they'll figure out like a meta that kind of beats it all the time so you really got to change rule then and just be on the fly but a lot of that's art. We keep enough traditional in to track and move the athlete and again use the drug of like the metrics of the lift as well as exposing the athletes to a bunch of different movement options and soft tissue work in our untraditional and more gymnastic based movements.
