What's the Difference Between Sebastian and Sebastian?
Do you delineate very clearly where responsibilities start and stop? And is that something that has changed over time? So yes and no. I mean, we each have the things that are responsibilities formally and teams that report to us or areas that are kind of formal responsibility, the org chart. There are just some things that I tend to take over and some things that Sebastian tends to take over that are not kind of like core pieces of the business. We allow those informal delineations also to stay true through that kind of balancing that I said before.
