The younger generation and myself included, I think I'm in this generation too. We've just gotten used to social media becoming a, you reply when you have time or when you're in the mood. How many, what they didn't talk about was how many Gen Z or Z's would ever think about using email. And yet email is still the standard business practice. But your average pet, I'm not going to send somebody an email.
