The Metaphysics of Psychedelic Experiences

I think that the nature of my experience was very much just trying to pry open a door that happened sealed shut. Some people are more naturally inclined to that kind of obsessive behavior. Meeting another person in rehab who had very, very similar experiences with the same drugs made it feel like it was less on me to try to figure stuff out. And that made it easier to walk away from. I have a very strong belief that there is a form of reality beyond what we perceive physically that is really relevant and real.
