How Much Does It Take to Build a Private Pay Practice?

I've heard more like ten to 30 % clothes rate sometimes for private pay clients, especially at the beginning. If my fee is twice as much and i'm closing only a third of the clients, if that still balances out as far as the number of sessions that i'm seeing, i'm actually potentially even working less than i am if i am panelled and seeing fuar clients. That's assuming that you're getting the same number of calls, which you don't. I think it does take a while to build a private pay practice. It is much more cost efficient as far as your time.
