Is There a Risk in Lowering Price?

When the original iPhone first came out, it was $600. And then two months later, they dropped the price to $400 or something like that. It was such a quick turnaround that a lot of people were upset. Apple actually, I think they gave all their first early adopters $150 in Apple credit,. That's pretty good. But yeah, it's that similar sort of thing where you don't want people, there is some risk in lowering price.
