Vegan Diet

A lot of vegans get death threats and, you know, being call sipas. But with qito, i think you're like, from what we've seen, you get the kids involved,. Like it's more like an interactive diet. With veganism, i guess you could. The quito diet isn't necessary, but i think it is a good way to start the conversation on nutrition. Ithink that's where it's better, probably than veganism, right? Casveganism, they just think it's right. They do it from, from what i'm just assuming.
