Culture in Silicon Valley

I think there are so many different kinds of cultures that can work. You need to create an environment where really great people will want to come, work with each other and not have to deal with the crap that they do at most companies. It's very easy to get entitled people at a company. Everyone wants to be rich right now. If the company is not going to get liquid next year, they're going to go somewhere else.
