System vs Goals - What's on the Other Side of It?
Chu: Goals are slippery, but processes aren't. If you can find what i call climbs or processes that you enjoy, that have some real meaning to you, i think that's a lot more durable than looking at meeting a certain goal. Often when we meet our monetary goal, instead of being ecstatically happy, the first thing we start thinking about is, what if the market goes down? And so this is a prob we get, and this is definitely promped too, with financial independence.
