Solitary confinement has negative effects on people's psychological and physical well being. We not only flourish with other people, we need other people in order to lead a minimal decent human life. So argue that there is a human right against social deprivation d it's also a right tore protected in order for many other human rights to be meaningly, meaningfully available to you.
