The Pentagon Papers - The Supreme Court's Decision in the New York Times v. United States
The government got wind that the New York Times was going to publish the Pentagon Papers, right? That was that retrospective on Vietnam made the government look super bad. And so what they did was they ran to court to get an order to stop them from doing it. The Supreme Court reversed 632 paragraph per curium opinion that was like, nope, that's not good enough.
