The Most Aggressive One, Access Exclusive
This mode guarantees that the holder is the only transaction accessing the table in any way. That's the most aggressive one, right? You can't read, you can change, you can do anything when this lock is acquired by another transaction. If someone just changed something, then I'm not going to pick it up and my index is going to be out of state, out of sync cluster. Vacuumful, vacuum is an operation that more removes did tuples that are not visible by anyone, right? It's dead.
