Is There a Recipe for a Bucco Pie?

Hole wheat chocolate chip cooki by kim boyce is one of my favorite recipes. I could never figure out a coco hurling them on the pati, so i'd probably get frustrated and pull out a power drill. There's a a restaurant in l a that serves filippino style food. And they make a buco pie that's actually like a custard pie. But i could find a recipe for it anywhere, so i had to re invent it.
