I Don't Support a Shot Kill Policy for Terrorists

Home Secretary Angela Rayner said she did not support a shot kill policy for terrorist or anybody else. She was accused of 'doing an over reaction' to her comments, which were widely condemned by the public and police officers. But Ms rayner insists that what she had been doing was trying to raise awareness about law and order in Britain.
