Does Federalism Make Sense?
In a country as big as ours, i don't think you can effectively manage a a country of 350 million people under a unitary system. Yeand i really think that states are probably the right level of government to lean in more to housing policy. So it's not that state governments necessarily will do a better job, but i think it feels like a better match to the rightlevel of geography.
