i'm not a big believer in the assassing of people, cause i've now been running my company for 33 years. My wife often reminds me of that, been a c eo for more than half your life, it has has all kinds of terrible effects. Buta, you know, one of the things i'v managed to accumulate wonderfully talented people. It's like, if i think i understand them, and I can see how they'll actually work inwhat what i want them to do, then that's a good sign. If i still don't really understand the person, then i won't hire that person.
