Should I Do Strength Training Before or After a Run?
I was just wondering whether it's better to do like, if you are going to do it on a run today, the strength and conditioning, like 10 minutes or so that you're going to do. Should you do it before or after your run and trail running? Phil has made a really good point here. He says, he finds a brief 10 minute session after a run is a good way of fitting the strength and conditioned in because you already warmed up. So it kind of like just adds on a little bit to your run. What do you think about that? Or just should you do it at the beginning? No, no, there is no, it doesn't matter. From
