The Rise of Social Media Burnout
I think it's genuine social media burnout. You're looking at a screen for nine hours, then you go home and then you look at a slightly differently sized screen. Gen Z are much more multifaceted in terms of their identity rather than tribal. I definitely think there's something in that kind of panacea to just constant video screen - stimulation for your eyes.
