The Challenge of Having a Across Functional Team
When i left the company, there were roughly forty different targets that we were the we were managing. The challenge of having a across functional team was mainly that we were risking to facilitate a specific platform over others. We had what we called he cour team trying to get sense ofof the common parts of the magtans architecture. And then we had, at the same time teams that were specialized on specific domains. That those principles were basically our north star for creating our architecture.
