The Joseph Campbell Heroes Journey

I think that the storytelling is particularly novel but again I think it's executed very well. It's pretty much the Joseph Campbell Heroes Journey every episode where a character encounters a problem or a need explores solutions to set problem and then gets his ass kicked by whatever that thing is implements it. Do you guys not invoke Joseph Campbell in your writers room on a weekly basis do you not sit there? We know who Joseph Campbell is. If I were writing for the show I might get stoned and have the idea of turning yourself into a pickle without going to the Joseph Campbell model.
