The hard part was becoming a sort of, at that time i was an assistant eitor, but practically a sort of coeditor of the team. And then eventually became the det ditor. So that also meant managing people, and that was tough. I feel i have been a better menter to some of my colleagues who joined later than to some of ther colleagues in his early sort of year. The selection process took up a huge beause if hundred people had applied for it. We always insisted on putting out ads placeslaepitedly with disastrous consequences. But later on, twitter and all these things picked up, linked in, so we got a very divers kind of a variety
