How Do You Define Short Long Form Vertical Video?

All these kids these days are coming from TikTok specifically. The problem they're running into is they only know how to think in 15 seconds, maybe 30. So their content can't translate across to like a horizontally shot five, eight, 10, 20 minute vlog or whatever. They're sort of building up from short form into like a two, three minute standard YouTube video. And then they're kind of going up from there.
