How to Scale Up to a Million Dollars in 12 Months
Get the systems and processes, like if you're trying to make a million dollars in your next 12 months is important. You need someone full time, whether it's you or other people, because you are going to have deals coming back every single day. Buying for $100,000 selling for $200,000 is no different logistically than buying for 20 and selling for 45. Get more bigger offers out there. Once you get your feet wet, getting $60,000 to $150,000 offers out there is beautiful. And that's what you need to scale. If I could start from day one again, I would 100% focus on these bigger deals.
