A lot of people in the green eudeal movement have been talking about ways to push out money through mass of public investment. The idea of carbon quantitative easing, which ill ask you to summarize, don't get it wrong. It is not the kind of sort of investment politics that are traditional on the left. But i will also say it's on all hands on deck situation. There is no single, a silver bullet solution to this.
