The Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade Judgement
States across America have been passing bills specifically designed to prevent the provision of treatment to trans-identify children. That's happening across, I think, 15 states now across America. This bill is slightly different because it does do that. But in its wording, which has been called by the American Civil Liberties Union, it is shocking in its breadth, vagueness and government overreach. It also allows for a lot of other things. For example, denying fertility treatment for same-sex couples or not giving birth control to somebody who might want it. So this is an extension of the Supreme Court Roe v Wade judgement. It very much is.
