The Importance of Integrity in the Iraq War

I wonder if the Coen brothers aren't saying that this little invasion isn't that big of a deal. Who cares if Iraq invades Kuwait? Why is this such a big deal? I know I do get a sense. Maybe because I'm a little bit older and I sort of might remember this a bit more when it happened at the time. And obviously now, once the second invasion over Iraq happens, people don't really care that much about the first one. It's just not as big of adeal.
