MAT is probably the best tool that we have seen to really help people build strength around their stuff, right? We're teaching the muscle system not to compensate around it, but actually start including that area and bringing it back to normal function. So optimize for sure, get scheduled with your MAT practitioner. The next one is N for no pain or soreness during or after. If you are sore, you wanna use it as a learning opportunity that you probably didn't respect your range of motion.
