Steve spoke last night about setting the intention for the duration of our continuous mindfulness. I'm going to suggest the other end of the spectrum. How about setting your intention for half a breath? Not even a whole, a whole breath is too much. And you will see that the concentration begins to grow. We can also develop samadhi in an open, choiceless awareness.
