Every time I go out, I meet someone that stares at me. And I don't know how to act. Being in a constant state of awareness and trying to spot all the possible threats is really stressful. It's been a long time of bullying and it doesn't seem to stop. What's your advice? Well, first of all, make sure you're training Jiu Jitsu. Maybe some boxing, boy tie wrestling. Make sure you know how to defend yourself. The way you behave will be deterrent to the bullies. Last thing they want to do is get beat up by someone that they're bullying.
